Paul Finn Solicitor, Director.
Paul qualified as a solicitor in in 1973 whilst working in the legal department at a local government. He moved to Bude in the mid 70’s and worked for a predecessor firm to Paul Finn Solicitors, started a family and has been here ever since.
Paul has extensive experience across many areas of law including business, commercial, family, litigation but now mainly focuses on wills, probate, trusts and elderly clients affairs which he has extensive experience since the mid 1970’s to date. His legal, business, life and local experience and knowledge shows in his work.

Simon Finn Solicitor, Director.
Simon was born in the local area and lived here for the majority of his life. Simon is Paul’s son. He has worked with Paul since 2004 and whilst working at the firm qualified as a solicitor in 2012.
Simon mainly deals with property, conveyancing, leases, business and commercial work. He has a particular skill with challenging property matters such as boundary problems, adverse possession, residential and commercial developments and adverse possession. Simon has dealt with thousands of property sales and purchases so you know you are in good hands.

Martin Curnow Chartered Legal Executive, Head of Litigation
Department.
Martin qualified as a legal executive in 1997 and has worked in litigation mainly since that time. He has a broad range of experience in litigation from contested probate, boundary issues, family law, personal injury and debt collection. His litigation experience and keen eye for detail has allowed him to also transfer his skills to wills and probate which he has been dealing with for a number of years.

Alice Glenister Post Graduate Trainee Solicitor
Alice joined the firm in early 2023 from another law firm in Cornwall. Alice completed her degree at the University of York, then completed her post degree Graduate Diploma in Law in 2018 and at LLM Masters in Law in 2022. It was very clear that Alice was going to be a great solicitor. Alice started her training contract in 2024 at our firm and is currently in her private client seat dealing with wills, probate, trusts and powers of attorney.
