It is difficult to give full details of conveyancing costs without speaking with you and understanding your needs and the property being sold. Our fees for a residential sale start at £1,150 + VAT.
If you have a mortgage to repay then our fees would usually be in the region of £75 + VAT for redeeming a single standard mortgage.
There is a money transfer administration fee of £25 + VAT for each payment i.e. one for each mortgage being repaid and one to send you the proceeds of sale.
Land Registry costs are usually £7.80 including VAT but each document is £3.90 including VAT and it depends how many documents are filed with the land registry.

If you have a standard mortgage then our fees would usually be in the region of £150 + VAT for acting for the mortgage lender.
If a stamp duty return is needed our fees would be £75 + VAT for submitting the return.
In addition there are searches which are in the region of £400 but do vary by area.
